Is it possible to exchange my order?

U.K. orders can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please review our return policy for instructions on starting an exchange. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Can I update the color/ size of my order before it ships?

Once your order is successfully submitted, it is processed immediately and sent to our warehouse for shipping. Because of this, we are unable to make changes to the color/ size after purchase. 

 

However, we do offer exchanges once your order has been delivered. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re happy to assist with an even exchange.

Can I have my order shipped to a PO Box?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes! Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout to avoid any delays.

What size do you recommend if I'm in between sizes?

Please refer to our size chart for general measurements. All collections are unisex and designed with an oversized fit. If you need further assistance, feel free to email us—we’re happy to help!

Are plus sizes available in your collection?

Yes! All of our styles are available in a full, inclusive size range up to 3X.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

We’re sorry that you received a damaged item. In the rare event this happens, please email a photo of the damaged product along with your order details to help@breatheapparel.co, and we’ll be happy to assist with a resolution. 

 

Please note that damaged items must be reported within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund.
