We understand that sometimes your order may not be the perfect fit — and that’s completely okay.
At Breathe, we’ve made the return process simple, flexible, and stress-free.

Eligible items can be returned for an exchange or store credit in the form of a Breathe Gift Card.

Returns Information

Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Store credit will be issued via email in the form of a Breathe Gift Card. Our gift cards never expire and can be used on any future order.

Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Unfortunately, returns requested outside of this period or that do not meet our return requirements cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, pet hair, or odors.
  • All original tags (and hygienic liners, where applicable) must remain attached.
  • Items returned in non-sellable condition will not qualify for an exchange or store credit.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer two simple return options for eligible items:

  • Exchange:
    • Exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability.
    • Once your return has been received and processed, your replacement item will be shipped out accordingly.
  • Store Credit:
    • Receive store credit in the form of a Breathe Gift Card equal to the value of your return.
    • Gift cards are sent automatically via email once your return has been processed and never expire.

Additional Details

  • Exchanges are processed based on the discounted amount originally paid for each item.
  • If your requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued automatically instead.

Why We Offer Exchanges & Store Credit Instead of Refunds

At Breathe, our goal is to create elevated essentials that feel exceptionally soft, comfortable, and premium — without inflating prices unnecessarily.

Because many of our fabrics are designed to be worn close to the skin, returned items cannot always be resold as new while maintaining the level of freshness, quality, and experience we stand behind as a brand.

 

To preserve the premium quality you expect, while avoiding increased prices caused by high return processing costs, we currently offer exchanges or store credit for eligible returns instead of refunds.

 

This approach allows us to:

  • Ensure every customer receives a truly new and pristine piece
  • Reduce unnecessary waste from items that cannot be resold
  • Avoid raising prices across our collection
  • Continue using premium-quality materials while keeping Breathe accessible
  • Provide a smooth, simple, and elevated return experience

Store credit is issued as a Breathe Gift Card, never expires, and can be used toward anything you love from Breathe.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Please visit our Contact page and submit a request within 5 days of delivery. To help us review your case as quickly as possible, please include clear photos of:

  • The item received
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label or SKU

Once submitted, our team will review the issue and follow up with the next steps.

Please note that claims submitted after 5 days of delivery, or without the required images, may not be eligible for review or resolution.

All resolutions for order-related issues are provided at the sole discretion of Breathe.
